香港ACSP課程內容2022
ACSP 「Apple Certified Support Professional」Apple 認證支援專家課程，適用於管理網絡或為 Mac 用戶提供技術支援的幫助台專業人員 Desk professional，技術協調員 Technical Coordinator,或高級用戶 Power User。 透過ACSP考試能夠驗證您對 macOS 核心功能的了解，並且您可以配置關鍵服務、執行基本故障排除並支持多個 Mac 用戶。以下將會為您介紹一下ACSP課程，ACSP考試，ACSP報名費用。
ACSP考試範圍及格式
ACSP考試主要在線上舉行，考試將會通過 OnVue實時在線監考系統進行。 您需要預早安排考試時間，並上載身份證明文件才能與監考人員聯繫並開始考試。
考試格式包括多項選擇題以及配對題。
合格要求為72%，您會有150分鐘時間完成考試。
如果您沒有通過考試，您可以在上一個考試完成後的一星期內重新考試。 重考必須在認證報價中指定的截止日期前完成。
ACSP報名考試方法及費用
只要使用您的 Apple ID 登錄 Apple 認證記錄系統 (ACRS)。 您就可以查看可選的考試，然後點擊ACSP考試，便可以成功報名。
而ACSP考試費用為 250 美元。
可否睇書或online自學ACSP Exam？
您絕對可以睇書或 online 自學ACSP Exam 。當您報名後，您便會得到一本 Apple Pro Training Series (APTS) 有關 macOS Support Essentials 11: Supporting and Troubleshooting macOS Big Sur 的ACSP書，而考試內容將緊貼著這本書，您只要熟讀書中的內容，很大機會，你便可通過考試。當然，如果您喜歡真人現場課堂學習，您亦可到 Apple 授權培訓提供商 (AATP) 上堂，但目前香港還未有授權的培訓商。
