Interview時HR多數都會問Current同Expected Salary,點樣講最穩陣?
Current Salary
因為每間公司嘅 salary structure 各有不同,有fixed部分 (basic) 同 variable 部分 (bonus, allowance etc.),要 apple to apple 去比較先有意思。
最好方法係計下你依家嘅Total Annual Cash
假設你monthly salary係$30,000,13個月糧 (即有double pay),每月有fixed meal allowance $2,000,annual bonus平均係2個月
Current Total Annual Cash
= (30k x 13mths) + (2k x 12mths) + (30k x 2mths)
= $474k (你嘅current annual salary)
Expected Salary
古語有云,講錢傷感情。我建議interview初段/填form時寫 “negotiable”,因為:
- 你唔知hiring company個salary budget
- 講大咗 – 可能令你即時出局
- 講細咗 – 令你傾offer時蝕章
如果HR硬係要你比個數佢做reference,你就喺current annual salary上加一個reasonable %,個%視乎經濟環境、行頭、工種,亦可以問相熟headhunter何謂reasonable。
當然真係傾offer時,除咗expected annual cash之外,仲要考慮埋其他benefits (annual leave, medical coverage, MPF/ORSO, product allowance etc.),一籃子去咁樣秤,咁先至 smart :0)
