香港的人才荒，第一時間想起「IT」。但同時很多IT人卻苦無理想的工作環境與發展。

IT領域日新月異，跟不上最新腳步便會被淘汰。 IT工程師是上世代出現的職業名稱，今時今日有更多技術的出現、分工更為細緻，因此出現更多相關專業工作，例如： 演算法工程師、Big Data 、Web Developer、AI Engineering、IT Security等。

唔少IT人剛進入職場時並不清楚要找那類型工作，有職缺便send CV，根本不明白工作是否合適自己，往往繞了很遠的路才找到合適的方向。

Duncan在金融機構IT工作30年，曾經於大型銀行及保險公司任職架構師(Architect)，負責管理企業資訊科技策略，及設計科技解決方案，其中工作包括研究市場中的科技產品、科技行業趨勢。
