Job Duties:

Responsibilities:
- State clear problems based on research and data, align the team on them
- Start solving related problems in our products
- Explore concepts, narrow to the best solution
- Design our systems, not just elements or pages
- Creating user-centered designs and transition by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems
- Use the best formats and fidelities for your work
- Optimize for coherent task completion
- Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in arts, digital/multimedia design, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge off CSS and HTML5 is preferable
- Prepare UI/UX design and materials including wireframing, mockup and rapid prototyping for various interfaces, including websites, mobile apps by using design software and technologies (e.g. Figma, miro, etc.)
- Deep understanding of key UI/UX principles; ie. user-centered design
- Conversant with cross-browser, as well as native and cross-platform mobile design best practice
- Comfortable interfacing with product and technical teams in an agile development environment
- Analyzing your designs by interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Understand how to de-risk a design, and have a good understanding for how much design is enough to ship
- Communicate all work clearly and concisely
- Collect, process, and respond to feedback
- Develop strong opinions, weakly held
- Good Time management
