Above all, Ampd’s products are replacing dirty, noisy, and hazardous diesel generators, typically reducing the carbon footprint of such job sites by 85%.

    Ampd’s Enertainer provides a new way for industries to power their growth vastly reducing emissions and providing a high level of data transparency. The Systems Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in optimising and streamlining our operational processes through the implementation of new systems and technologies to drive both scalability and operational excellence in the organisation. You won’t get bored!

    Responsibilities:

    • Systems Implementation: Oversee the implementation of new systems and technologies (such as JIRA, CRM, ERP, Confluence and content management) to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and support scalability.
    • Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management efforts for system’s deployments, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
    • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners to evaluate solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful implementation and integration.
    • Change Management: Responsibility for driving positive change within the organisation, adoption of new tools and their correct usage.
    • IT: Responsible for overall company IT support and infrastructure and ensure policies are in line with market standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Business Intelligence: Develop Ampd’s data infrastructure strategy to extract and analyse data at scale. Drive integration of systems in line with the company’s business intelligence goals.
    • Process Optimisation: Analyse existing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to drive operational excellence.
    • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to educate team members on new systems, processes, and best practices.
    • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems and processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
    • At least 5 years experience in an in-house technology team or technology consultancy.
    • Must be fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus
    • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects around infrastructure and systems improvements within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Strong technical proficiency in system implementation and integration, with experience working with Confluence Jira, Netsuite, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise-level software solutions.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Excellent vendor management skills, knowledge and network.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence and CRM) to effectively plan, execute, and track project deliverables.
    • Experience in change management and training delivery preferred.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
    • BI tools experience is a plus
