Job Duties:
Responsibilities:
1) Provide phone, remote and onsite support to users, customers etc.
2) Carry out daily system & network administration, and application support.
3) Maintain system and network documentation.
4) Project planning and implementation.
5) User training.
6) Perform assigned tasks.
Requirements:
1) Degree/ High Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subject.
2) 3 to 5 years of solid experience in technical support, installation and administration for computing devices, network equipment and server (Windows + Linux).
3) Has proficiency in VMware, Microsoft O365, and Firewall
4) Holder of CCNA and MCSE is highly preferable.
5) Good spoken and written skills in English and Chinese.
6) Good team player and able to solve problem independently.
7) Proactive, well discipline, hardworking and willing to learn.
Established in 1966 and incorporated as a charitable organization in 2013, the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council emphasizes close collaboration with Sheng Kung Hui parishes and schools and provides multi-faceted services to individuals across all ages and socioeconomic backgrounds in line with its service philosophy of “Personalised Service, Holistic Care” and “Transform Lives” so they may “Live in Abundance”.
