Job Duties:

• Responsibilities

  • Keep monitoring on product metrics, ensuring the daily monitoring of key metrics such as retention rate, conversion rate, and activity users, quickly identifying issues and conducting attribution analysis.
  • Proficient in data extraction and analysis methods, able to independently complete assigned business topics analyses and generate quality reports.
  • Familiar with the business and provide recommendations based on data analysis conclusions to drive business optimization.
  • Constructing a framework model for user management analysis, such as user LTV evaluation models, user churn prediction models, user conversation prediction models, etc.

   

  Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of data analysis experience on the internet or finance industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in mathematics, statistics, computer science, big data, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel, familiar with various data analysis and model analysis methods. Proficiency in R/Python is preferred, and knowledge of machine learning models is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Proficiency in both spoken English and Mandarin.
  • This position requires supporting an overseas travel of at least 9 months or more per year.

  崗位職責

  1. 建構產品指標監控體系，維持產品核心指標（轉換率，活躍度等）的日常監測，迅速發現問題並進行歸因分析；
  2. 熟悉取數和資料分析方法，能獨立完成指定的業務專題/專案分析，產出報告，
  3. 熟悉業務，以資料分析結論為依據，輸出產品功能策略建議，驅動業務最佳化；
  4. 建立產品使用者分析模型，如使用者LTV評估模型，使用者轉換模型，使用者預流失模型等。

   

  職位要求
  1. 5年以上網路或金融業數據分析經驗；
  2. 本科以上學歷，數學、統計、電腦、大數據等相關專業，碩士優先；
  3. 熟練SQL及 Excel，熟悉各類資料分析及模型分析方法，R/Python熟練者優先，了解機器學習模型者優先；
  4. 自驅力強，主動性強；
  5. 精通英語及普通話；
  6. 該職位需要支持每年至少9個月及以上的外派。
