Job Duties:
This position is responsible for the application support, system upgrade and enhancement tasks for the Information Technology team, reporting to IT manager.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-going support and maintenance for mission critical Application systems
- Facilitate in define and understand business needs, application workflow with processes and requirements
- Participate in application upgrade from testing to production rollout
- Respond to application technical problems
- Helpdesk support from answering the request on ServiceNow ticketing system
- Log and track incidents and handle the events
Requirements:
- University graduate in IT/ Computer Studies/ Engineering or related fields
- At Least 5 years in relevant Application Analysis
- Proven ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies
- Experience in Microsoft SQL and MS SQL programming languages preferable
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a flexible and dynamic environment
- Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
