The Job
Work with IT and business development teams, and the clients in determining the best fit solution to our client’s needs
Assist for client projects and system tool enhancement, setup and administration
Prepare and manage the system change requests & problem logs, and support user inquiry
Help to arrange data preparation, house-keeping and extraction for ad-hoc request
Help on training material preparation, conduct training and demonstrationThe Person
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related disciplines will be an advantage
One year or above working experience
Good analytic, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Good Customer-focused problem solver, with customer service background will be an advantage
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
Good presentation skills in written and spoken EnglishThe Package
