The IT department at our company is dedicated to serving all IT initiatives within our eCommerce business. We are currently seeking a talented Senior Frontend Web Developer to join our dynamic and elite team. As a Senior Frontend Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in accelerating the digitalization of Hong Kong’s retail landscape by driving the exponential growth of the largest and leading eCommerce company in Hong Kong. You will work closely with our team to design, develop, implement, test, and maintain a new era e-commerce web application, leveraging reusable modules, automated testing, and continuous deployment. Your responsibilities will also include implementing SEO and user behavior analytics, conducting unit testing to ensure code quality and project growth, and collaborating with different technical teams in an Agile approach. Responsibilities:
- Engage in the design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of a new era e-commerce web application with reusable modules, automated testing, and continuous deployment.
- Implement SEO and user behavior analytics.
- Conduct unit testing to ensure code quality and enable project growth.
- Collaborate with different technical teams in an Agile approach.
Qualifications:
- University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
- Experience with Agile or modern software development methodologies.
- Strong experience in web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, webpack, etc.
- Knowledge of RESTful API, WebSocket, SASS & Module Bundling, Analytics, XSS, SEO, and Unit Test will be an advantage.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Frontend Web Developer.
