Job Duties:
Offbeat Technology Limited, a subsidiary wholly owned by HKTV Group, is a cross-border international shopping platform called Everuts. We are seeking a talented Programmer / Senior Programmer (Mobile Application – Android) to join our brand new team and company with a strong start-up culture. As a member of our team, you will be part of establishing a new social commerce platform that aims to remove barriers and simplify the process of selling around the world. Responsibilities:
- Engage in the design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of new era e-commerce applications with reusable modules, automated testing, and continuous deployment.
- Apply strong analytical and technical skills in solving application problems, system design, and user experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest frontend technologies and tools, conducting research and adopting innovative approaches.
- Work with the team using an Agile approach.
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in IT-related disciplines.
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development.
- Skilled in building Android applications with Kotlin.
- Familiar with testing, performance, and optimization techniques.
- Thorough understanding of RESTful API.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Programmers.
Advantages:
- Familiarity with MVP/MVVM is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Jetpack Compose is a plus.
- Familiarity with RxKotlin/RxJava is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD tools, and AWS.
- Familiarity with Mobile Payment is a strong plus.
