What You Have To Do
*Take the lead to collect and review customized requirements, propose IT infrastructure and security-related solutions to external clients*Work with internal technical teams and clients for IT infrastructure solution feature improvements and road map management in terms of reliability, availability, and serviceability
*Creation of IT infrastructure blueprint and other network documentation required during the project phase, including but not limited to network architecture drawings, IP schemas, etc.
*Work closely with Solution & Project Management team on infrastructure and network design and initiatives
Document network knowledge base and operational booksWhat You Need To Have
*Degree holder in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or related discipline
*5+ years’ experience in network infrastructure/ security/ wireless LAN infrastructure
*Experience in pre-sales consultancy services and post-sales services in relation to IT Solutions (Infrastructure/ Networking) such as Networking, Security, Server, Virtualization, Cloud, Managed Services, Data Centre, etc.
*Knowledge and experience in IP networking, L2/L3 network protocols, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi solutions, and Infrastructure cabling
*Basic knowledge of software architecture, software development and DB framework, e.g. Nginx, Apache, Redis, MySQL, etc.
*Certificate Holders of CISSP, CISA, CEH, H3CSE, CCIE, CCNP, ACEP, and NSE7 would be an advantage
*Excellent organizational skills and solid team player
*Self-driven person with strong problem-solving skills
*Proficient in English, Cantonese and MandarinWhat We Offer
