Job Duties:
Job Responsible
*Manage the system support, administration, and maintenance of the production system.
*Manage system incidents and work with the Hong Kong and regional technology teams and service providers on incident resolutions.
*Establish the production support model across the support layer, communication protocols, and escalation models.
*Manage the system environment change which supports various project activities.
*Work with the vendors and regional resources in providing implementations and change.
*Liaise and manage vendors on application solutions to ensure deliverables of products and services on time.Education/ Qualification/ Experience
*Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline and at least 3-4 years’ proven track record working as Application supporting role.
*Candidates from F&B and Retail industry will be an advantage.Job Requirement
*Knowledge of Application development language (ASP.Net / .Net Core / MSSQL / API).
*Solid experience in project management, regional exposure is a plus.
*Excellent communications, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Self-motivated, result-driven and capable to work under pressure.
