Your Role:
viAct is now looking for a talented Field Support Engineer to join our Energetic team. You will be working closely with our Software/Hardware/AI team for the quality control and troubleshooting of our systems.
We are a great team – you will need to bring engineering competence and a desire to do things yourself, have the confidence to openly and clearly communicate across teams, and work to a high personal standard, we all get our hands stuck in and work together to fix problems together as a startup culture.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- On-site support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of customer-related systems
- Check and Repair various hardware problems, communicate with customers to their technical questions.
- Maintenance of PC/LAN/electronic/electrical/computer/communication systems;
- Outdoor work in construction site is necessary
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor / Diploma of Science. Preferably in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Experience with maintenance and on site support
- Proactive, innovative, energetic, outgoing, willing to learn & strong sense of responsibility
- Immediate available or short notice are preferable
