Deskside Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing day-to-day PC support, handling user’s request, coordinating and arranging technical support service activities
- Perform upgrades and deployments of software and hardware
- Provide ad hoc after hours standby for supporting
- Provide support for system upgrade and migration
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in IT operations
- Working knowledge in configuration and support of Windows 10
- Candidate with More experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Engineer Trainee
IT Project Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Involve in OS Migration project
- Installation and configuration of Windows 10, backup and data migration
- Provision of technical support to end users
- Update services details in the system and report to supervisor
- Identify problems which are related to software and hardware
- Hardware and software inventory check
Requirements:
- With 1-2 years’ relevant office I. T. support experience
- Independent, self-motivated and good communication skills
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Familiar with Microsoft products
- HKDSE / F.5 or above
