What you will be doing
- Support daily data operation
- Data-entry, data-checking & data-searching (online) with high level of accuracy
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the department
- Problem solving for users ranging from data to system trouble
- Co-operate with the Customer Service Department to deal with problem orders
- Other ad-hoc support as assigned
Who is our Right Fit
- Form 6 or above
- Detail-minded, independent & enthusiastic plus a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong in problem solving
- Basic knowledge of HTML/SQL is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
- Immediately available is preferable
