Established in 1999, we are dedicated to offering quality total data center solutions with associated internet access and managed services to multinational corporations and local corporate customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setup and manage BMS system
- Setup controllers and gateway
- Provide guidance regarding equipment installation details, testing and commissioning methods and safety awareness
- Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure that project targets are achieved
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher Diploma in Building Services or E&M or equivalent and Degree Holder is preferred
- 3 years or above relevant working experience gained from Main Contractors or E&M Contractors in Hong Kong
- Hands on experience in controller and gateway for HVAC or Electrical works
- Experience with BIM is highly preferred
- Candidate with more qualification or experience will considered as Senior BMS Engineer
- Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
