Job Duties:
Responsibilities:
- Supervise IP Networking Team to
－Monitor daily operations and fault isolation for the Company.
－Provide support on IP network to enterprise customers and other system partner projects
－Provide 7×24 emergency support for fast system resolutions - Conduct capacity planning, network design architectural and security review and upgrade
- Support certification of ISO, PCI and other security review in terms of operation, patch management and vulnerabilities mitigation
- Evaluate new network technology to uplift network performance and enhance feature
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 8+ years working experience in the arena in IP Network/Cloud infrastructure design, implementation, and support
- Able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, equipment vendors and service providers
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
