Job Duties:

    • Provide helpdesk support for hardware & software, computer installation & setup, Email setup & support for computer or mobile device, basic printer setup & support (Windows 10, MS Office, OTP (MDM))
    • Provide first-tier networking support, video conference equipment health check & setup, basic telephone system support and assist computer related procurement.
    • Setup of new computers, OS and software installation.
    • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving for both IT Hardware and Applications in a timely manner. Escalate issue and involve experts whenever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
    • Conduct and support BCP Drill
    • Perform daily preventive checking.
    • Receive and log IT service requests and incidents into ticketing system, case monitoring to ensure supporting team close out the cases.
    • Coordinate internal IT related Project, Vendor management and system deployments / upgrades with the appropriate internal teams and suppliers.
    • Prepare generate operation report to ensure appropriate reporting and metrics are being delivered to Manager.

     

    Requirement:

    • High Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines.
    • 2-5 years’ experience on end user IT support.
    • Experience in supporting Microsoft product like outlook, SharePoint, etc.
    • Good level of knowledge on LAN, WAN and Desktop OS/application support.
    • Knowledge with ADFS is preferred
    • Experience on IT project coordination is highly preferable.
    • Good written and verbal communications and soft skill is required
    • Basic English and Mandarin communication are required
