Job Duties:

  • Tasks & responsibilities

    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end users on PC, Mobile Devices, network, system, hardware, software and application systems
    • Server administration, maintenance and daily monitoring
    • Assist in managing hardware & software inventory items and maintain up-to-dated inventory records
    • Assist in exploring and evaluation of new hardware and software
    • Liaise with Vendors on IT procurement
    • Participate in IT Projects implementation as assigned

     

    Qualifications & experience

    • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
    • Minimum 2 years solid experience in supporting PC and Mobile Devices hardware / software, MS Windows 10 or above, MS Windows Server, MS Office, MS Exchange, VMware and other major software packages
    • Hands-on experience in network support, such as Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches
    • Professional certificate of MSCE, MCP, CCNA , ITIL Certifications is a plus
    • Knowledge on Linux/Apache is a plus
    • Strong Sense of information security and cyber security
    • Teamwork and strong sense of responsibility is a must
    • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
    • Knowledge in Japanese is an advantage
