Job Duties:
Responsibilities
- Provide database administration support for Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, Coherence, Redis, etc
- Develop and implement database backup and recovery strategies to ensure data reliability
- Maintain Maintain disaster recovery drill
- Provide ongoing tuning and monitoring of database performance
- Perform database migration and upgrade
- Control on-going database changes operation
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant working experience as production DBA in Oracle
- Strong knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server & My SQL etc
- Experience in setup of Oracle (standalone and Clustered) will be an advantage
- Knowledge in Oracle server disaster recover techniques and procedure
- Experience in performance monitoring and optimization of Oracle servers
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Database Specialist
