Job Duties:

  • Responsibilities:

    • Act as the project manager to perform requirements assessment, solution design, development, implementation, quality assurance and production commissioning.
    • Act as the project manager and technical support lead role of Access Control and Power Management
    • System to ensure timely, quality and within budget systems implementation.
    • Liaise and coordinate with a diverse range of internal / external stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers in relation to planning, project management and support functions.
    • Provide technical collaboration and consultation for internal / external stakeholders.
    • Prepare tender proposals, design submissions, project plans, cost proposal, correspondence with relevant and ensure project can meet deadlines and within budget.
    • Explore business opportunities, prepare of business proposals, and involve in sales engineering works and contract negotiation.
    • Carry out site visit, monitor project site progress, feasibility studies for field equipment installation.
    • May be required to work outside normal working hours to handle site issues or perform site inspection when necessary.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in building services or electrical / mechanical engineering or computer science and other equivalent disciplines.
    • A minimum of 15 years of work experience with at least 5 years solid project management experience and be conversant with building, building services, mechanical and electrical engineering technology.
    • Technical knowledge is preferred across the following areas:Cloud application integration, web / mobile digital services, and APIs.
    • Software control and monitoring system, software programming and IoT solution.
    • Excellent understanding of networking fundamentals.
    • MTRC project experience is a must.
    • Good command in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
    • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer.
