Job Duties:

    • You are an experienced system super user from distributionor retail, or ideally both, with retail and/or home furnishing experience is preferred
    • You have business understanding and a working background in Digital / eCommerce / User Experience related function
    • You have solid experience in working in an omnichannel retail environment, track record of Experience to enhance the overall customer experience
    • You have good understanding around the Digital EcoSystem and customer engagement
    • You have curiosity about the connectivity of systems, processes and functions spanning the Retail Digital Solutions
    • You are able to use common sense and make objective decisions based on a sound analysis of information available. Problem solving experience
    • You are able to engage an audience and create passions for the goal, proven track record of stakeholder management for large scale projects
    • You are able to prioritize and organize work and the work of others in order to make the most efficient use of time
    • You have experience of working in a customer-focused, fast-paced, multi-dimensional, multi-channel industry
    • You have experience of working in a changing environment, self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well asindependently
    • You have proven track record of user experience enhancement that translates into business results
    • You are able to read, write and communicate in English and Chinese

     

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

    • Understand business requirements and properly documenting such in a detailed manner to enable solutioningand developer team to understand the business value, context and request in order to source/design for asolution (ie. The Digital Product)
    • Play an active role in constantly elaborating and clarifying business requirements when required, acting as thebridge to represent the business in the delivery process and as a key member to contribute/make a decision toaccept a proposed solution
    • With a clear understanding of the business painpoint, our operation model and our digital technology stack, theBusiness Analyst will actively participate in the solutioning phase (eg. User flow design, solution evaluation andselection process), to ensure that the proposed/selected solution meets the requirements of the business and truly delivers a value by resolving the identified pain point
    • Prepare UAT testing plan and aid business in developing and running test cases for the Digital Product,supporting business in the formation of the acceptance criteria of the product and executing User AcceptanceTesting
    • Support the process of handing over the digital product/solution to the relevant business owner and supportbusiness users in understanding the Digital Product, this may encompass user manual, business processdocumentation, training etc
    • Evaluate the adoption, usage and performance of a Digital Product after implementation, the Business Analystwill continue to collect additional business requirements (if any) to continuously iterate and refine the DigitalProduct
    • The Business Analyst will also be supporting the Product Owner on bigger Digital Products on tasks deemedappropriate by the PO. Based on best practices and experience, support PO to establish & refine framework andinternal ways of working in supporting business owners to turn digital demands into delivery effectively andefficiently
    • Be part of the scrum team (under Agile methodology) whenever necessary to contribute to overall sprintdelivery and secure achievement of sprint goal
