Job Duties:

• Responsibilities

  ·       Provide first line helpdesk support on IT-related issues, frontline on-site support to Head Office, Data Center and four Service Centers;

  ·       Responsible for system support and administration, including network, servers, systems and applications;

  ·       Manage system storage, backup and restore operation;

  ·       Ensure smooth IT operations via monitoring, analysis, planning, best practice enforcement and maintenance;

  ·       Prepare and update IT operation procedure, technical and system documentation/reports;

  ·       Work with other teammates and departments on various projects, campaigns and events, and

  ·       Assist in various IT infrastructure projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

   

  Requirements

  ·       Degree or above in Computer Science, Information System, Engineering or equivalent;

  ·       Holder of any technical qualifications, such as Cisco, VMware, Azure, Microsoft, etc is an advantage;

  ·       Minimum 2 years relevant experience in any System and Network Administration;

  ·       Knowledge of LAN side and user support;

  ·       Basic knowledge of any Virtualisation solutions;

  ·       Basic knowledge of any backup solutions;

  ·       Responsible, able to work independently and a team player with positive attitude;

  ·       Self-motivated, well-organised and multi-tasking;

  ·       Service-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills;

  ·       Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
