Job Duties:
We are expanding our technical team in different solution focus including Cyber Security, End-user Computing (EUC), Next Generation Infrastructure and Cloud Services. You will be part of the team to support our customer on the following:
- Participate in project implementation, documentation and post-sales maintenance
- Provide technical support and handle daily phone-in and email enquires
- Assist in infrastructure setup and on-going technical support
