Job Duties:

• The Job

  • Create project timelines, manage implementation milestones and ensure quality deliverables
  • Foster an environment that adapts quickly to project changes and focuses on Agile development principles
  • Maintain value-oriented, business, and technical goals set forth by the customer
  • Manage overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverable expectation are clearly communicated
  • Capture and record meeting notes and ensure action items are completed promptly
  • Ensure solutions to technical problems through discussion with technical teams to resolve problems
  • Partner with development team to understand opportunities and limitations of solutions being implemented
  • Effectively balance the needs of the customer, as well as the needs of the application provider and internal teams
  • Provide production and technical knowledge, in addition to innovation insight, in order to arrive at the best-possible execution decisions
  • Manage outside vendors that are best suited for assigned projects, when required
  • Manage all deliverables with any required external vendors
  • Work closely with the product and account leads to remain in full communication on the status and details of each project, including any cost or timing issues that may arise
  • Anticipate any potential issues with the project through quick responses and proactive critical thinking
  • Demonstrate skilled problem-solving capabilities to determine solutions and options to resolve problem

   

  The Person

  • Degree holder in Business, Information System, Information Technology or other related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant project management experience
  • Excellent analytical skill and customer/user management skill is required, especially the ability to analyse business workflow and process
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Self-motivated character with “can-do” attitude and proven multi-tasking ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Fluent in English and Chinese presentation
  • Experience in digital transformation is a plus
  • You will have an advantage if you are/ haveProven experience of project management tools (e.g. MS project or JIRA)
  • Holder of PMP or Scrum Master
  • Business analysis and/or presales skills
  • Immediately available

   

  Securities Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security Rule, Policies and procedures at all time.
  • Responsible for maintaining security of all FUJIFILM Business Innovation information entrusted to and not limiting to proper classification & handling of FUJIFILM Business Innovation documents and records.
  • Complete Information Security training and awareness program on regular basis and possess enough knowledge to adhere to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security requirements.
  • Responsible for identifying, reporting and complying with Information Security Incident & Reporting Procedure.
  • Failing to comply with the security policies could be subject to disciplinary action, potentially including termination of employment or contract and/or prosecution.
