Job Duties:
Responsibilities:
- Provides daily IT support and troubleshooting to end users
- Assists to monitor and manage IT infrastructure including VMWare ESX servers, Cisco networking equipment, PC and POS and Cloud Infrastructure such as WAF, CloudFront, S3, etc
- Co-ordinates and implements IT projects
- Maintains IT procurement and administration related documents
- Provides general office administration and support to the team
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in computer science, information system or other related fields
- Basic command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- A good team player with logical thinking and willing to learn
- IT experience preferred but on the job training will be provided, fresh graduates will also be considered
