Job Duties:
The IT Helpdesk Support Engineer will be responsible for carrying out IT helpdesk tasks,solve the software, hardware and network problems encountered by colleagues at work
Job Nature:
- Provide IT helpdesk support and troubleshoot for end users on hardware, software and networking related issues
- Handle IT Equipment procurement and IT contract management
- Design and provide guideline for user trainings
- No shift work is required
Characters / Qualifications:
- Have a diploma or above in computer science or a related field
- 1 year or above of IT support experiences
- Familiar with windows and Mac operating system
- Experience in IT procurement especially on software and hardware
- Good communication, problem solving understanding skills
- Experience in server/network equipment maintenance is a plus
