Job Duties:
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user software applications and computer hardware support and troubleshooting in a professional manner.
- Keep record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken
- Handle the user requests according to the IT standards/procedures/guidelines
- Responsible to work according to the shift duty assigned and support roster for 24/7 technical support to End users
- Report to Line manager or Supervisor and finish the duties with proper time management
Job Requirements:
- Work in customer site in Tung Chung
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or Computer related disciplines
- 1.5 years or more hands-on experience in IT Helpdesk and End-User support
- Shift duty required (Public transportation available at their on-duty and off-duty time)
- Shift duty on Sunday and Hong Kong Public Holiday required (Have shift allowance)
- Monthly salary HK$18,000-22,000
