Job Duties:

• As an IT Business Analyst, you will help with the End to End Transformation.  Starting from gathering, validating, and documenting requirements.  Understand the organisation processes, translate operation objectives to features and configuration requirements of various customer-facing solutions.  Identify issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline operation impacts.  Create functional specifications for solutions and implement and test solutions.

   

  Responsibilities

  ·       Report directly to Head of IT;

  ·       Knowledge in MS SQL, reporting tools such as Power BI;

  ·       Strong business acumen and analytical skillset;

  ·       Act as a key interface between operation users and technical developers;

  ·       Oversee the formulation and implementation of user initiatives and organisation strategies to drive operational excellence and performance;

  ·       Key communication bridge among the IT application team, operation departments, and external vendors;

  ·       Prepare and update IT operation procedure, project and system documentation;

  ·       Prepare test cases and perform product testing before product release;

  ·       Knowledge of using the Unified Modelling Language (UML) as the standard to specify the structure and behaviour of software systems and Behaviour Driven Development (BDD) testing frameworks is an advantage;

  ·       Provide coaching and training to the end users;

  ·       Follow up with the clients, provide enhancement and upgrade advices to the clients from time to time;

  ·       Work with teammates and other stakeholders on various projects, campaigns and events, and

  ·       Assist in various IT projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

   

  Requirements

  ·       Degree or above in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Technology;

  ·       Minimum 3 years working experience in System implementation (requirement analysis, solutions design, testing, training & etc);

  ·       Responsible, able to work independently and a team player with positive attitude;

  ·       Self-motivated, well-organised and multi-tasking;

  ·       Service-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills, and

  ·       Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
