  • You have retail and/or home furnishing experience and interest in people’s everyday life at home and in home furnishing
  • You have business understanding and a working background ofstructuring data and building a data technology stack
  • You have previous experience working leading projects thatinvolve multiple business units within an organization
  • You have previous experience working in or with Data Architecture, Data Cloud Solutioning and relevant Data Technology solutions
  • You have solid experience across Data Architecture Strategy Planning & Design, Cloud Architecture Design/Solutioning, Data Migration & Integration, as well as developing web reports, strong with numbers and capable of explaining data in an insightful way which can drive to action points
  • You have experience working in a retail environment, provenrecord of enabling a business with a high-quality datastructure that delivers value to customers and/orinternal operation efficiency
  • You are strong business acumen and data driven, sound technical know-how and understanding of available solutions around data structuring, processing and application, ability to integrate adopted data tools and form a coherent data ecosystem
  • You are sensitive to market changes and well aware of evolving new trends around the data topic, agile and navigate under new and unknown areas of data
  • You are self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • You have proven track record in leading the establishment of data structure/architecture, together with data related tool sourcing that answers to needs across multiple business functions
  • You are able to read, write and communicate in English and Chinese, Cantonese a plus

   

  WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • In-depth exploration and documentation of the existing data assets within IKNA. Identify painpoints andpotential gaps around current data structure, business units’ roadblocks and data capability
  • Work closely with business owners across the organization to collect business needs around the data topic,consolidate and process such business requirements that are to be translated into meaningful data needs
  • Develop a Data Architecture plan to set up a proper data structure for IKNA, the plan will incorporate the initialsetup phase and the future iteration phase to support the continuous business demands and new data points
  • Leading a team that includes Data Architect, Data Project Coordinator and Personalization Specialists, designthe Data Architecture and the entire Data technology stack for IKNA
  • Act as the business representative of IKNA and liaise with all relevant external vendors to secure the data setup project, govern the progress throughout and secure a high-quality data architecture that supports futurescalability as deliverable
  • Be the Product owner of the IKNA Data Tech stack to maximize the value of data, actively initiate and beinvolved in the process of sourcing required data solutions and tools (including but not limited to: DataLake/Warehouse, Data processing, Data analytics, Data visualization, CRM solution etc)
  • Secure that the entire Data technology stack is well integrated and well adopted amongst relevant businessunits within the organization, source for and arrange training for business users as required.
  • Continuouslytaking feedback and additional business requirements to refine the IKNA Data technology stack
  • Working closely with Finance and Compliance team, secure all data storage, flow and usage are under propergovernance and adhere to compliance
  • Together with the BAU Data and Content team, establish our function as the COE for Data and aid to uplift thedata competence within the IKNA organization
  • Constantly revisit the Data Architecture and hold accountability in the continuous iteration of the DataTechnology stack to meet new business data needs, security and compliance
