Job Responsibilities:
- Designing world class solution to fit our clients’ needs
- Demonstrating the passion for technological innovation in operation, service and decision making
- Managing project to provide highest quality deliverables
- Collaborating across team (e.g. internal application development team), departmental, corporate and
- vendor to develop partnership environment
- Engaging on business analysis, UI flow, Mockup, Wireframe etc. to manage the expectations amongst stakeholders
- Leading multiple work streams and day-to-day activities concurrently
- Advocating standards and methodologies to improve operation efficiency
- Performing other assigned tasks for the department
Requirements:
- Degree holder of IT, business or related disciplines
- 5+ years’ experience in business analyst or related areas is preferred, prior experience in the fields of non-governmental organization (NGO) is an advantage
- Track record in product development lifecycle in balancing innovation and technical capability
- Strong project management, analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Practical knowledge in HTML and SQL would be an asset
