    Responsibilities:

    • Assist Manager to compile weekly/ monthly business revenue and performance reports and provide insight on revenue performance, demand-supply performance, operations efficiency etc
    • Provide operational support for planning and executing ad hoc projects, such as vendor management, pricing adjustment, marketing campaigns, supplier acquisition and market research
    • Conduct data analysis to address data-led business opportunities/ risks and insights through statistical techniques for the team to make optimal business decisions
    • Proactively engage with teammates for feedback, monitor internal performance and ensure operations standards
    • Support Business Manager on operations flow design and training

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related fields
    • Proficient knowledge of Excel and BI tools
    • At least 2 years experience in supply/ vendor operations
    • Working well with various stakeholders and facilitate collaborations with solid preparations
    • Desire to work and learn in a fast-paced environment with high quality standards and tight deadlines.
    • Possess strong sense of ownership
    • A fast learner who is willing to tackle new business and operation challenges with proactive attitude
